A factor that always comes to me when I check new albums out, is 70% of the time through the visuals aka the covers & Co. If the cover seems too cheap or simply uninspired, I tend not to really care or not be as enthusiastic.
However a good visual ,no matter what the content, is usually something that attracts me to be curious. I mean this is basic knowledge at this point, we all do this more or less and today I wanted to talk about an album cover for a review coming tomorrow on the channel and it's Ken Hirai's new album 'The Still Life' :

I am absolutely in love with it. I've always enjoyed Art in any form, and this painting is truly stunning. It says so much on such a simple frame, I had to talk about it. And the fact that I saw this cover is mostly the reason why my interest about this album picked up so fast thanks to this cover.
